For some becoming a home owner is a smooth painless experience. For others not so much. Unfortunately, I was in the not so much group. Every obstacle that could get in my way, presented itself. I was ready to give up. Luckily, I had Chiquita Smith as my agent. Offer after offer, houses all started to look the same…I was over it. She wouldn’t let me give up and wouldn’t let me settle.  I eventually found the perfect home. It literally has everything I was looking for.
